S'pore set to have foreign university

IN TWO years, Singapore is likely to have taken its biggest step to date towards capturing
a greater share of the US$2.2 trillion (S$3.9 trillion) international student market - by
then it should have a foreign private university to cater to such students. It is also
likely to have two or three private secondary schools and a range of specialist schools
for cooking, hotel management, the arts and design.
